CapitalRise, the online property finance marketplace, has paid out £1.14 million to investors, following the successful completion of its Eaton Square property investment opportunity. Investors made returns of 14 per cent over the 17-month term, with repayments being made ahead of schedule.
CapitalRise launched its Eaton Square investment opportunity in July 2016, and this was fully funded by investors within eight days. The multimillion-pound development was led by international property developer Finchatton, which has designed and managed more than 60 developments worldwide and is known for its meticulous attention to detail, outstanding craftsmanship, and elegant interiors.
