We have the usual mix of in-house and agency experience, and an unusually heavy weighting towards senior consultants. However, in addition to this, team members have also founded their own tech companies, sold agencies, mentored at incubators, and spoken at numerous events.
Lily joined FieldHouse Associates from Seven Hills in January 2018, bringing with her a strong background in corporate communications and experience of working with both FTSE 100 companies and technology startups. She works with a variety of FieldHouse’s startup, venture capital, and professional services clients.
Prior to joining FieldHouse, Lily worked with several fintech companies, including postgraduate loans provider Prodigy Finance, for which she led the planning and delivery of a major fundraising announcement. She also worked with micro-insurance startup BIMA on developing its market positioning, raising its profile in the UK, and improving the company’s relations with stakeholders in key markets.
Lily has also worked with FTSE 100 companies, including Mischon de Reya (on The Leap 100, an annual list of the fastest-growing companies in the UK), and Grant Thornton (on Faces of a Vibrant Economy, an initiative that recognises individuals from across a range of industries for their roles in shaping a more purposeful, innovative and socially responsible business environment).
Lily started her career at Teneo Blue Rubicon, where she worked with property developer U+I, insurance company Unum, British Gas, and Countrywide, among others. Alongside client-facing responsibilities, she was also part of an internal team producing research reports for new business proposals and pitches.
