Lucy Le Roux

Office Manager

Lucy joined FieldHouse Associates as Office Manager in October 2019, entering the agency to coordinate administrative duties and manage the smooth running of the business operations.

She has an award-winning track record of strong performance in high volume, high-pressured environments with over 15 years of experience from a variety of roles in client services, operations and project management within the financial sector.

Interestingly, at the beginning of her career in finance, Lucy developed an additional passion for entrepreneurship and started her own successful wedding business in 2003. Some years later in the summer of 2019, she began to enhance her values and skill set whilst embarking on a different career path that led to meeting Cordelia and Nicky, which ultimately paved the way to joining the wonderful FieldHouse family.

Lucy has lived in London for the past 11 years since she moved from Dorset in 2008. Outside of her FieldHouse duties, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, in addition to running her own baking business.
