Romana joined FieldHouse Associates in May 2019 as a Senior Account Executive. Romana’s experience spans the financial and B2B technology sectors, and ranges from startups to billion-dollar listed companies across Europe, the US, and Asia. She has had her clients featured by prestigious national and international media outlets such as Sky’s Ian King Live, CNN’s Quest Means Business, the Financial Times, the Telegraph, and Forbes.
Romana enjoys the fast-paced lifestyle of PR. As technology continues to shape the world, she loves working at the centre of it all, supporting brands to tell their story. She has developed particular expertise in business transformation, automation, AI, and analytics. At FieldHouse, Romana works with a mixture of venture capital and technology clients.
Romana moved to London in 2015, after she was accepted on the Taylor Bennett Foundation’s award-winning 10-week intensive communications training programme for BAME individuals. This course gave Romana a taste about the ‘day in the life of a PR’. On the course, she visited different PR agencies, developed pitching techniques, and received support on content creation.
She kick-started her career in the city as an intern at Flame PR in January 2016, and worked her way up to Senior Account Executive, becoming the global lead on accounts, spearheading relationships with clients, and supporting new business proposals. In this role, she built strategies and executed international integrated PR campaigns across the UK & Europe, the US, and India.
Romana has a first-class degree in English language and a Masters in Public Relations from Sheffield Hallam University. Outside the office, you can find her searching out the best halal food hotspots in London or on a dance floor.
