Paulina entered the team as the Digital Manager, responsible for overseeing the digital strategy for FieldHouse and its clients. She specialises in helping define where digital can add value to reach business objectives and help companies get in front of audiences that matter.
Coming from a strategic marketing background and having experienced the impact digital marketing can have, Paulina is passionate about how messages can be targeted to reach audiences at the right time.
Her career started at integrated communications agency Golin where she worked in the digital strategy team. She worked with clients in the tech and financial industry, delivering digital analytics and measurement of communications as well as delivering paid social media strategies.
Paulina has for the past two years worked at WSP, where she was the go-to person for digital marketing in the UK. She worked in the marketing and communications team, developing and running strategic campaigns to reach business objectives through digital channels.
Paulina holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Brand Management from Lund University in Sweden and has further international experience from studying and working in Sydney, New York and Paris.
