Anna Jones


Anna has more than fifteen years’ experience in corporate communications, advising both UK and international clients from a broad range of sectors, including technology, consumer industries, media, financial services, and energy, as well as not-for-profit and charitable organisations.

She spent nine years at Brunswick Group LLP, advising on corporate and financial communications and delivering profile-raising campaigns for clients including St James Place Capital, Press Acquisitions Limited (owner of the Telegraph Group), Mothercare, Compass Group, Trader Classified Media, Littlewoods Shop Direct Group, Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity, and Nesta.

She subsequently joined the startup world, helping to build the corporate social media monitoring agency Social360 from its earliest days, where clients included Tesco and BP as well as international financial institutions and pharmaceutical companies.

Anna has significant experience in reputation and crisis management, managing issues including restructurings, senior management departures, supply chain issues, injuries and fatalities, product recalls, data protection breaches, and major incident planning.
