Cordelia founded FieldHouse in 2012 and, with over 25 years experience, is one of the most experienced and well-connected communications and business growth advisors in the fast-growth tech ecosystem, with deep expertise in venture capital and investment.
Working predominantly with fast-growth technology clients, one of Neil’s strengths is his media network. He is particularly interested in the ways data is being analysed to create entirely new industries and business models. He is a mentor for early-stage businesses at Seraphim’s Space Camp, and media relations mentor at Slush.
Nicky has worked with VCs and fast-growth technology businesses since the early 2000s. At FieldHouse she leads commercial operations and works with fintechs and organisations targeting SMEs. She is also Co-President, London, for The Rising Network, a community empowering professional women.
Anna has two decades’ experience in financial and corporate communications, advising clients of all sizes from startups through to large multinationals. At FieldHouse, Anna has a particular focus on investment and fintech clients, and alongside her client work is responsible for client services across the business.
Iain works predominantly with venture capital firms and corporate brands, with a focus on messaging and thought leadership. He is particularly interested in fintech, healthtech, and the future of mobility and cities. He is a mentor for early-stage startups on the Seraphim Space Camp accelerator and at Slush.
Aidan leads the cyber security practice at FieldHouse, heading up the team and directing activity across all cyber security clients. His background is in B2B technology, with experience across telecoms, big data, AI, and fintech. Beyond his specialism in cyber security, he also works on venture capital accounts.
Lily has six years’ experience in corporate and tech communications, specialising now in venture capital and fintech. She works extensively with VC firms on fundraising and dealflow, and also works with VCs’ portfolio businesses, advising early-stage companies on market positioning and messaging and handling funding announcements.
Ian is a former business journalist, most recently editorial director of Startups.co.uk. With more than 20 years’ experience in the ecosystem, he leads BaseCamp, FieldHouse’s service for early-stage startups. He also works with fast-growth tech clients, and co-founded the Venturers Club, a network for entrepreneurs.
Zen is the creator and caretaker of content across various fast-growth tech and corporate clients, and also manages FieldHouse’s own content channels. A former journalist, he brings an editorial eye to all written work, from tweets and Instagram posts to thought leadership articles and research reports.
Paulina works across FieldHouse’s client portfolio to develop and deliver digital marketing strategies and campaigns. She previously worked in-house at consulting firm WSP, and agency-side at Golin. She is originally Swedish, and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Ashleigh works primarily with cybersecurity clients, but also VCs and fast-growth tech companies. Her wider experience spans fintech, open source, and enterprise technology. Ashleigh is currently studying for an MSc in Computing & IT, and has a keen interest in cybersecurity and software.
Natalie works predominantly across professional services and education clients in the fast-growth tech and entrepreneurship ecosystems. Her interests lie in startups with big ideas, social impact, and design thinking. She is also a contributing writer for Medium’s Authority Magazine.
Andrew works predominantly with venture capital and financial services clients, with a particular interest in the future of finance, investment, and mobility. He has specific experience in financial, crisis, and M&A communications, and has completed the Certificate in Investor Relations (CIR).
Romana works across FieldHouse’s fast-growth tech and cyber security clients. She is passionate about telling the stories of under-represented groups, being a Taylor Bennett Foundation alumni and also part of the Muslamic Makers tech community. In 2020, she was shortlisted for a Yorkshire Asian Young Achievers award.
George works across the full spectrum of FieldHouse clients, including fast-growth tech companies, cyber security, venture capital, and professional services. He is particularly interested in AI, quantum computing, and the future of work.
Kelly works across a variety of fast-growth tech companies, VCs, and professional services firms. She is a prolific networker, and has a particular passion for disruptive tech companies driving the evolution of the music industry. She is also interested in digital health.
Ant works with venture capital firms and fast-growth tech companies, with a particular focus on the fintech and proptech sectors. Ant’s career to date has been rooted in financial services and technology, working with a range of clients from large corporates to startups, delivering national and trade press coverage.
Lulu works mostly for fintech and venture capital clients. Before joining FieldHouse she worked for Zip, a fast-growth fintech company, in Sydney for two years. She manages FieldHouse’s partnership with TableCrowd, and is part of the team working with Silicon Valley Comes to the UK.
Joe works with a variety of clients across fintech, cyber security, venture capital, and edtech, and has a particular interest in mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. Before joining FieldHouse, Joe worked for Forgather, an events agency in the same fast-growth tech and venture capital space.
Finn works predominantly with venture capital firms and cyber security companies. He has a particular focus on media relations, including thought leadership and rapid response. Prior to joining FieldHouse, he interned at the Wall Street Journal and the United States Senate.
Lucy is responsible for administrative duties and managing the smooth running of the FieldHouse office. She has an award-winning track record in high-volume, high-pressured environments, with more than 15 years’ experience across a variety of roles. In her spare time, she runs her own bakery business.
