The team is encouraged and supported to get out and about, and hardly a week goes by without each person attending a great event or meeting new interesting people.
Through internal and external training, and robust processes for planning career progression, we equip everyone to play an active role in the growth and evolution of our business.
With regular socials, spectacular summer and Christmas parties, and monthly Town Hall meetings to reflect on successes, we make sure we take time to enjoy the fruits of our labour.
From little things like fresh fruit and a fully-stocked fridge, to bigger commitments including flexible working, an annual wellness budget, signing up to MIND’s mental health pledge, and providing access to counselling through Spill, we make sure we are set up to do our best work.
