As we come out from the storm clouds of COVID, we are re-establishing what growth now looks like for Trapeze HR. The desire, levels of passion, and how we operate haven’t changed, it’s simply that the shape of this growth looks a bit different to what we’d envisaged at the start of this year.

With over 50 years of hands-on HR, in-house and agency experience, we truly understand our market. Our candidates’ careers have grown alongside our own and we’ve established a loyal talent network. We’re committed to delivering a human approach for candidates and a first-class service to clients.

From experience, our clients aren’t always aware of what HR support they need. The Trapeze Advisory Service dives deep into the people aspect of businesses, to ensure due diligence prior to identifying the optimum HR solution. This is then followed by a search mandate. 

Like many other businesses in their infancy, we feel like we are reaching a calmer port, away from this terrible storm. With school having resumed and working parents feeling relief with only one job to focus on, as well as intrepid commuters returning to the office, we’re encouraged that Trapeze HR will reach its growth milestones again. Green shoots are reappearing, and will be well nurtured and cultivated by our committed team of two, with the same dedication and love we gave at the start of this adventure.
