Specialist fast-growth tech and venture capital PR agency FieldHouse Associates has appointed Iain Alexander as Director as part of a raft of promotions throughout the business. Also promoted are Lily Wiggins (to Associate Director), Jhanvi Gudka (to Senior Account Director), Andrew Malone (to Account Director), Max Daniels (to Account Director), John Nikodin (to Junior Account Manager), Damilola Omotoso (to Account Executive), and Charlotte Streeter (to Account Executive).

Cordelia Meacher, Founder and Managing Director at FieldHouse Associates, said: “I welcome Iain with open arms as a Director. He has exceptional PR skills – especially his unmatched talent for writing – but he brings way more to our team than that. Iain has found his way under the skin of the tech and venture capital industry, and his deep understanding and connections mean he is able to offer highly sophisticated consultancy to both clients and our team. He is also one of the most genuine and ethical people I could hope to know, and cares deeply about individuals and the issues that matter. It’s going to be exciting to see where we can take the business together!”

Alexander, who joined FieldHouse as an Account Manager in 2016, becomes the first person to rise through the agency’s ranks to become a Director and joins Neil Robertson, Nicky Harrison, and Anna Jones alongside Meacher.

“I am, in true press release quote style, ‘delighted’. FieldHouse has changed a lot over my almost six and a half years here. But from one office to the next – and the next, and the next! – and however many new clients we’ve won, whatever new offerings and initiatives we’ve introduced, two things have remained constant: the absolute commitment to doing high-impact work that changes the trajectories of innovators and investors shaping the future economy, and the pleasure of doing that work with some of the smartest, most driven colleagues you could hope for. Here’s to whatever comes next!” Alexander said.

Meanwhile, promotion to Associate Director sees Lily Wiggins join FieldHouse’s Leadership Team, and new Account Directors Andrew Malone and Max Daniels join the wider Senior Team. “When I launched this business, one of my key philosophies was to only hire absolute superstars,” Meacher said. “I only wanted people who I knew could one day be leaders of the business. People who are way beyond being normal ‘PR’ people, who really understand what we are doing at FieldHouse and the commercial impact – the magic – we bring for our clients. I’m happy to say that is what we have done! It makes me very proud indeed to offer huge congratulations to Max and Andrew on joining the Senior Team, and to Lily on joining the Leadership Team.

“What’s more, with one-third of the entire team earning a promotion in this round – following a quarter having already done so in the Spring – I’m delighted to see such impressive personal and professional growth and development throughout our marvellous team. FieldHouse’s commitment to empowering people to create and seize opportunities for themselves, our clients, and the agency is paying off in spades!”

The promotions come as FieldHouse Associates enjoys a period of sustained growth in its 10th year since launching in 2012. The agency registered year-on-year growth of 28 per cent from 2020 to 2021, and is on track for similar growth in 2022. Client wins in 2022 include multi-billion-Euro venture capital firm Target Global, Edda – a French startup bidding to become “the Bloomberg Terminal for private markets”, and ODIN Space, a spacetech company with a world-first solution for mapping previously-invisible debris in orbit.
