London, UK , 9 February 2026: FieldHouse Associates, the leading strategic communications consultancy for the fast-growth tech and private markets ecosystem, has promoted Peter Evans to Deputy Managing Director.
In his new role, Evans will extend his leadership across FieldHouse’s strategic advisory services, crisis communications, media strategy and client storytelling, with a focus on investors, growth companies, and personal profiling. He will work closely with Cordelia Meacher, FieldHouse’s Founder and Managing Director, on the firm’s growth strategy in a rapidly evolving communications marketplace.
Evans joined FieldHouse as Head of Media Strategy in 2022 following a 12-year career in national newspaper journalism. He spent six years at The Sunday Times, where he worked as a business correspondent and then Enterprise Editor. Prior to The Sunday Times, Evans worked as a reporter at The Wall Street Journal and for Dow Jones Newswires.
Since joining FieldHouse, Evans has led client accounts including TDK Ventures, Cambridge Innovation Capital, ATG Entertainment, and IESE business school. He has worked closely with the entrepreneur and family business leader, Steve Rigby, on personal profile and media opportunities.
FieldHouse was founded in 2012 by Meacher, a former Hotwire and IF Communications director who previously worked at Brunswick. The business works with high-growth companies, investors including venture capital funds and private equity firms, and professional services firms with interests in technology.

His journalistic insight, deep understanding of technology and investment ecosystems, and ability to craft powerful narratives have been instrumental to both our clients and our journey as a business. Peter’s leadership will be key as FieldHouse continues to grow in the years ahead.”
Peter Evans, Deputy Managing Director, FieldHouse Associates, said:
“I am thrilled to be taking on this new role at such an exciting time for FieldHouse. The shifting sands of PR, journalism and technology can be intimidating, but offer huge opportunities for those who can cut through the noise with insight and clarity. We have an industry-leading team here with deep expertise across technology and investment. I can’t wait to get started.”
